The Three L's
Lonan is now sharing Lucy with Leo. Believe it or not, he's 2 months younger than Master Anderson, but quite a bit bigger. Lucy literally has her hands full. Leo's father works from home so his mom drops him off here everyday on her way to work and picks him up on the way home. It's working out nicely, but God help Lucy when both those boys are walking. And no, the matching outfits weren't planned.

Blanket Shout Outs
The blankets Lonan has received are coming in especially handy these days, now that he's sitting up and spending more time on the floor. Since we don't want him to suffocate under mounds of dog fur we throw down a blanket. His Aunt Julie made him this one for Christmas. Fireman theme, natch, as my brother is a firefighter. Thanks Julie!

Car Trouble
So we were leaving for Lake Tahoe and dropped Larabee off at the dog hotel and then my car wouldn't start. Grrr.

Rrroll, Rrroll, Rroll in Zee Hay
10 points for anyone who knows the movie that this post's title comes from. Lonan rolled over for the first time on Christmas eve at my mom's house. The only witness was my dad's wife Bonnie - but luckily it's his new favorite trick and he'll do it over and over again. Only problem is he doesn't really like being on his stomach, which, he doesn't realize yet, is the inevitable result of rolling over. So he rolls over, then screams until we flip him back, then rolls over again and starts screaming. Wash, rinse repeat. For hours.
We had an open house the Saturday between Christmas and New Year. Lonan helped host, and was in his element.
and hang out with Bob..
