We flew down Friday morning..
and Lonan stayed with my mom. She brought in my niece Chelsea for reinforcement while Daddy and Poppa spent the weekend in San Diego. Sunday we drove back up to LA. Our friends Mark and Edie hosted a bbq. We go back a looong way.. Mark was the one who brought Doug out to LA to work at Cedars in 1994! 
Mary Claire and George and Emma were there..
along with Lonan's Godmother Cynthia and her her husband BJ..
and their kids Julien and Danielle - who were good company in the kennel.
